Use of the platform
By using this platform you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. The platform connects contributors with verified development projects across Somalia.
Donations
Contributions are voluntary and, unless stated otherwise, non-refundable once a project is funded and implementation has begun. Matched funds apply only to eligible projects while matching is available.
Campaigns
Organizations and approved community groups may submit projects. All campaigns are reviewed and verified by the National Centre before they are published. We may decline, pause or archive campaigns that do not meet our standards.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable steps to verify projects, but contributors should review each project's details before giving. Impact figures reflect expected outcomes and verified progress at the time of publication.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
